Deposits: $250.00 Initial Deposit plus 10% tax
Payment Policies: All rentals are subject to a Condominium Application and fee from $50-$100 according to length of stay. An initial deposit plus tax and a Reservation Fee of $40.00 are required to place a reservation. 50% of the balance is required 30 days after reservation date and the final balance is due 45 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations: Reservation Deposits are non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation with less than 45 days advance notice, one half of the RENTAL FEE will be retained by the owner, cancellation with less than 2 weeks notice, no refund will apply.
Arrival/Departure: CHECK-IN is at 3:00 PM - NO EARLY CHECK-INS. CHECK OUT is at 10:00 AM - NO LATE CHECK OUTS.
Tax: 6% Florida Sales Tax & 4% Local Tourist Tax
